Use This Framework, It Will Blow Up Your Startup

Most founders work 60+ hours a week… and their startup still doesn’t grow.

How’s that even possible, right?
The answer is simple.

→ They focus on the wrong things.
→ They don’t have a clear plan.

I’ve coached over 50 startups and built 2 myself. Let me show you the framework I give founders when they’re stuck. I’ll show you how to use it in your own startup - and how to get results in just 30 minutes.

I’ve used this framework myself and trust me, if you’re not using it, you’ll keep grinding… and still stay stuck.

But before I show you this powerful framework, let me show you what most founders do wrong - and why it stops them from growing.
What founders do wrong
They don't really know what to focus on
So they try everything
What founders do
But here is the issue
What happens without a clear goal
You need a clear plan to grow your startup

What founders do wrong

So here’s what most founders do wrong:

They don’t really know what to focus on.
So, they try everything:

Ads
❌ Cold calls
❌ SEO
❌ New product features

They use every fancy growth hack they can find on twitter, hoping that if they just keep grinding, their startup will finally grow.

I used to do the same thing. I watched YouTube video after YouTube video and wanted to test every growth hack I found.

My to-do list was getting longer and longer, and I was working 60+ hours a week. I felt exhausted.

And here’s the issue:

👉 Without a clear goal, every idea you have feels urgent and important.

You see a new growth hack and you're like:
"Yes, I need to do that - right now".

Or you see a new marketing trick and you're like:
"Yes, I need to do that".

So you end up with a to-do list full of noise.
So, what's the smarter way?

✅ You need a clear plan to grow your startup. You need to clearly understand what has an impact on your growth.

So let me show you how to do that with one of the most powerful frameworks for managing your tasks. A framework I give founders when they are stuck.

But first I want you to think about this:

✏️ What does growth look like for your startup?

It could be getting your first 100 customers or increasing revenue. Make sure you are super clear about this, because this is the first step.
Before I show you the powerful framework, let me show you something that will help you on your startup journey - my Startup Success Bundle.

The Powerful Framework: Eisenhower Matrix

Once you know how you define growth for your startup, it's time to figure out which tasks actually move the needle. And here’s where the powerful framework comes in.

It’s called the Eisenhower Matrix - named after U.S. president and general, Dwight Eisenhower. Here’s how it works in your startup:
1. Write your startup growth goal at the top of a piece of paper.
For example: Getting your first 100 customers.
2. Take all the tasks on your to-do list and sort them into four buckets based on two questions:
✅ Is it urgent?
✅ Is it important?

→ Urgent and important: Do it right now.
→ Important but not urgent: Schedule it.
→ Urgent but not important: Delegate it.
→ Not urgent and not important: Delete it.

Pretty simple, right?

But here’s the magic:
This method stops you from reacting to every ping, every new trend, every new growth hack, or idea.

You’ll know exactly what to focus on and what actually moves the needle for your startup.
👉 And here’s what I love most about it:
You don’t need a 3-day workshop. Not even hours.
It just takes 30 minutes.
And it can transform you from:

→ "I have 100 things on my to-do list and don’t know where to start"

to

→"I know exactly what my next steps are and what truly matters."

To make this more hands-on, here’s exactly how I used it to grow my second startup.

How to implement it in 30 Minutes

I started with one clear goal and wrote it on a piece of paper:
Getting my first 10 paying customers.

Then, I wrote down every task I had on my to-do list.
I added everything, from -

✅ Talking to friends
✅ Launching a landing page
✅ Answering Reddit comments to promote my product

I had around 50 tasks. Next, I took that list and sorted every task using the Eisenhower Matrix. To keep it simple, I show only one task per bucket.

This is how I did it:
Eisenhower Matrix example
• Urgent and important:
Talk to friends and family to get recommendations. This was my highest priority because friends and family already trust you, and word of mouth always works great.
• Important but not urgent:
In this bucket, I put "Build a content marketing system." Because content marketing takes time but is one of the strongest marketing channels to bring in customers automatically.
• Urgent but not important:
I put "Build a landing page" here. I wanted people who visited my website to be able to buy right away.

But it wasn’t important that I did it myself - so I delegated it to a freelancer.
• Not urgent and not important:
Answering random Reddit threads. I stopped doing this completely.
And here’s the game-changer:
After just 30 minutes of sorting, I had a clear weekly plan. Not just a to-do list - a clear, focused roadmap that drives growth.

It looked like this:

1. Reach out to friends and family and ask for recommendations.
2. Do content marketing in the meantime.
3. Delegate the website task.
Clear roadmap
But now – be careful. Because here’s the mistake most founders make when they use this framework:

They don’t update the matrix as they go.
But you have to. You need to build a weekly habit around it.

For example, I set aside just 15 minutes every Saturday to review what worked, what distracted me, and what I plan to do next week - using the Eisenhower Matrix.

This simple habit gives you clarity every week.
